Senior designer and sole owner, Jacquelyn Trowell, has been an avid illustrator since her childhood. As she matured, so did her talent. With a passion for art, Jacquelyn earned a degree in computer graphics from The International Academy of Design and Technology in Ottawa. After graduating in 2002, she started demilografix.

When asked why she chose the name DeMilo for her company, she replied,

"The Venus De Milo is a well known sculpture that, in my mind, epitomizes the essence of beauty. That is what I want to capture my work. The Venus De Milo is the essence of beauty — DeMilo GRAFIX is the essence of Design!"
